Andrew (Andy) Rosenberg is founder and CEO of WiseGuides, Inc.. His company, CPAid, Inc. produced the Master Tax Program, the first commercially available PC based tax preparation software for professionals.

Andy earned a BS degree in Education in 1969. His career started in the U.S. Air Force as an instructor pilot from 1971 to 1973 training T-38 jet pilots. After the service, he earned an MS degree in Accounting and became a CPA in 1977. Before starting his own software firm (CPAid, Inc.), Andy was a staff auditor for Peat, Marwick & Mitchell.

Andy has published numerous articles and books including the "Individual Income Tax" and "Tax Planning" by West Publishing Company.
